War Front Commander

Class 2 Officer Ranks
Company LeaderHighly active Division Leaders who maintain their divisions and do it well have a good chance of earning the position of Company Leader. With this job, you command and maintain up to five divisions. Company Leaders must hold frequent meetings with their subordinate officers, and are to attend councils with upper officers.

Rank Responsibilities

Division LeaderA Section Director who has run his/her Section proficiently and justly will likely become a Division Leader, and become responsible for running an entire division, which is comprised of up to ten Section Directors, and sixty squads. Div. Leaders are expected to hold frequent councils with their subordinate officers, attend meetings with upper officers and other Division Leaders, and ensure the progression of the division.

Class 3 Officer Ranks
Section DirectorA skilled Squad Leader who has recruited numerous individuals and has unwavering dedication to the clan will in most cases ascend to the title of Section Director. With the title comes the responsibility of overseeing a Section, which is a group of up to six squads, and is in charge of keeping the leaders of those squads in order. Squad Directors should frequently hold staff meetings with the officers under his/her command, as well as attend any meetings with upper officers.

Squad LeaderAn individual who has shown exceptional leadership capability and loyalty to the Squad will likely get promoted to a Squad Leader.
A Squad Leader can recruit and form his/her own squad, or can lead an existing string of members. Squad Leaders are expected to train those under his/her command, give battle reports to the current commanding officer, and recruit new soldiers to the cause of the clan. |
