Order of the Soldier
Communication is key to most victories on the battlefield. Your squad should keep each other informed of what is going on in the battle.
Come up with codewords to help quickly identify locations and targets.
As a Recruit
When you first start of in the clan, you are the rank of Minor Infantry, the lowest title. However, it does not take very much effort to ascend in TC'S.
Showing exceptional skills in either combat or leadership can promote you to the rank of Major Infantry or Sub-Officer, and recruiting loyal members to the clan will bring you the status of Squad Leader, effectively making you an important part of the Command Council.
As a Soldier
As a soldier, you are the blade of TC'S. Look to your commanding officer for guidance, and follow their example. Stay close to your comrades and support them, as they should support you. Like C.C. from the Army of Unity frequently said to his troops: "Stick as a group, watch each others backs, focus fire, and follow the leader! Do that, and we'll all be cool." It really doesn't get much more complex than that in the long run.
Communication
It is of high importance to communicate with your fellow teammates and inform them of what's going on.
If you need ammo, repairs, medical attention or a ride, say so.
If you see an opportunity to take advantage of, say so.
If you need fire support, then say so!
If you see soldiers preparing to flank your squad, report it.
If you see tanks heading your way, report it.
If you see hostile traps set up, report it.
If you see enemy soldiers having an intimate moment with each other, then gosh dang it, REPORT IT TO YOUR TEAM!
Too many battles have been lost due to a simple lack of squad communication.
